Weather Cancellations

There is no fee charged for heliskiing canceled because of bad weather.

General Cancellations

We guarantee a refund of any fees paid (or no charge to you) if your cancellation is received 24 hours or more before your skiing day.

Cancellations should be made by phone (+64 3 435 1834) or in person. If emailing you must give more than 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hour’s notice may incur a full charge.

Please try to reconfirm your booking no later than 6 pm the day before heliskiing.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations if customers fail to reconfirm bookings, we are unable contact you, and there is pressure for seats you will be considered a no-show.

Reconfirming allows us to pass on important details about meeting points, weather, equipment, and snow conditions.

We encourage guests to have a backup day in case bad weather prevents us from operating on your day of choice. While we will do our best to roll over bookings, we cannot guarantee that this is possible to do, if we do not have space available.
